Bill brings nearly 30 years of experience in enterprise networking, security, automation and network management solutions. He began his IT career supporting infrastructure operations for the U.S. Government before moving into an engineering role focused on deploying infrastructure solutions for commercial organizations. Throughout his career, he has developed enterprise networking demonstrations, driven automation across lab environments and helped customers better understand the business value of software-defined networking and modern infrastructure. Today, Bill leads the Solutions Development team within the Advanced Technology Center (ATC), supporting clients across both World Wide Technology and Softchoice. His team is responsible for delivering Labs & Learning experiences through the ATC Portal, giving technologists hands-on opportunities to explore and apply the latest technologies through guided learning paths and on-demand labs. His team is also responsible for the AI Proving Ground (AIPG), a safe, controlled environment within the ATC where organizations can explore, understand and test AI solutions without impacting production environments, helping them determine how AI can support both IT and business goals.
