My focus has been centered around growing market share and providing transformation direction in the Collaboration, Mobility and IoT technology verticals. I have consulted on multiple projects and/or product sales designs geared toward delivering digital transformation, multi-cloud consulting, multi-level security, innovative IoT, collaboration and internetworking services to global clients. I have been working with Cisco routers (WAN and LAN), switches, firewalls, collaboration , and VPN devices for over twenty years. I have held and hold many Cisco specialized certifications in collaboration design and implementation, wireless design and deployment and security. In addition, I have an in-depth understanding of firewall and VPN equipment from Check Point Software Technologies, Nokia, and Juniper. I have completed training and certifications in LiveAction, Microsoft, Splunk and Ekuhau. As a Solutions Architect and a member of the US Central Engineering Team, I am responsible for meeting with WWT's Commercial and Enterprise customers, collecting requirements for infrastructure and collaboration solutions. I am considered a Subject Matter Expert (SME) that would present and explain collaboration and infrastructure technologies to customers, guide them through requirements gathering, and formulate a solution consisting of hardware, software, licensing, and engineering services. Some of my role responsibilities include: - Provide an advanced to expert level of in-depth technical information in a specialization and provide design and implementation guidance to one or more customers in a dedicated manner. - Direct technical accountability for specific opportunities and accounts, leveraging knowledge across a broad portfolio. - Collaborates with the Account Manager(s) on strategic, large and complex opportunities and coordinates additional resources (e.g. technical specialists, ATC labs, etc.) to recommend, develop, and propose appropriate customer solution and services offerings. - Act in a highly effective and consultative fashion and is looked to as a trusted advisor by the account team, partners (OEMs) and the customer at the technical and Manager/Director level. - Developed and sustained relationships with customer technical staff, identifies opportunities and develops solutions aligned to their understanding of the customer’s mission and support requirements and takes a lead role in mentoring team members.
