As VP of Federal, Scot Gagnon leads WWT's Department of Defense, Intelligence and Federal Civilian teams, overseeing business development, account management and presales engineering. With more than 20 years of experience since joining WWT in 2002, his player-coach leadership style earned him a spot on FedScoop's "Best Bosses in Federal IT" list in 2022. Before WWT, Scot served 10 years on active duty in the U.S. Air Force, including extensive deployments. Scot attended Indiana University Northwest. He lives in Clearwater Beach, Florida, with his wife and four children, and is active in youth sports and charity work.
