Introducing Voices of WWT: Authentic Voices, Global Perspectives, One Culture
At WWT, our people are our greatest strength and every one of them carries a story worth telling. Voices of WWT is our new global storytelling platform, created to share the authentic experiences of the people behind our work and the culture they build every day. We introduced Voices of WWT the morning of our Employee Resource Group (ERG) Summit "Belonging Without Borders: Advancing Advocacy Through Story and Impact" because there was no better moment to celebrate the voices that make WWT a Great Place to Work for All.
The "why" behind Voices is simple: connection changes everything. When people feel seen, heard and valued, they do their best work, and they help others do the same. Voices of WWT exists to build empathy and understanding across our global teams, to amplify voices that too often go unheard, and to create space where belonging, well-being, and psychological safety are part of how we show up for one another.
Voices of WWT is a re-envisioning of our Storytellers program. Where the previous program lived internally and featured self-recorded videos on topics of an employee's choosing, Voices is a curated series of employee profiles that showcase who our people are, what they bring to WWT and why our culture matters to them. For the first time, these stories live both internally and externally on a dedicated platform page at wwt.com, with a broader global lens that spans our teams across WWT and Softchoice and are shared on WWT Life and across our social channels.
The result is a collection of deeply human stories. Voices of WWT aims to update profiles quarterly, to showcase our vibrant and varied global workforce. For the launch of Voices of WWT, 12 employees from WWT and Softchoice were selected from nominations from their peers and leaders. From the Netherlands, Rachid Aberchal, a global logistics leader and ABLE ERG champion in EMEA, reminds us that "it's not only about business. It's about the people." From India, business analyst Muskan Sharma speaks candidly about navigating anxiety while building her network and confidence, opening the door for others to feel understood. And here in the U.S., Esther Casady's journey from warehouse associate to production supervisor shows what's possible when people are supported to grow. Different roles, different regions, one culture.
I invite you to explore the profiles, share them with your networks and take a moment to see yourself in them because every one of us has a voice worth amplifying. Voices of WWT is, at its core, advocacy through story and impact, told in our employees' own words. Read their full stories at Voices of WWT.
