What is MCE?
My Cisco Entitlements (MCE) is a central depository of all your Cisco assets and entitlements. MCE provides real time insights into your business, while providing help and support for your Cisco products and services. Whether you are managing your active or expiring assets, monitoring license usage, managing user roles, etc., the MCE platform serves as a one stop shop for all your asset requirements.
Once your Army.mil Cisco CCO ID/Account is created and associated with the GEMSS contract we will assign your user access to your Unit Command and/or Army Program's MCE Virtual Account.
(Create or associate your CCO ID with the GEMSS Contract here.)
Need to update your Asset Management Account?
If you find your MCE account is inaccurate and needs devices added, removed, or decommissioned please:
- Download the Army GEMSS MCE Hardware Request Form
- Note that this updated form includes 4-hour replacement instructions: Fill out the request form
- Send the completed request to armyassetmgr@cisco.com
Need to submit a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) through Army GEMSS to Cisco Systems?
- For RMA support and/or processing, users can either open a Cisco TAC case directly or request support from Cisco Army HTOM to open on behalf.
- If electing to self-submit RMA support through TAC, users will need to select RMA as reason for request.
- For additional support, users can contact Cisco Army HTOM to help facilitate RMA request, or open TAC RMA case on user's behalf with provided and necessary information.
- Users can expect follow up questions on past troubleshooting in addition to other info pertaining to RMA request.
