What is Cisco License Central?
Cisco License Central (CLC) is a central depository of all your Cisco assets and entitlements. CLC provides real time insights into your business, while providing help and support for your Cisco products and services. Whether you are managing your active or expiring assets, monitoring license usage, managing user roles, etc., the CLC platform serves as a one stop shop for all your asset requirements.
Once your Army.mil Cisco CCO ID/Account is created and associated with the GEMSS contract we will assign your user access to your Unit, Organization, or Command's CLC Virtual Account.
(Create or associate your CCO ID with the GEMSS Contract here.)
Asset Management
Need to update your Asset Management Account?
If you find your CLC account is inaccurate and needs devices added, moved, or decommissioned please:
- Complete the user profile form for WWT SPINNAKER from the link at the top of the page
- Navigate to the WWT SPINNAKER for Army GEMSS Portal
- Click on the MACD Asset Management tab
- Complete all required fields to process your asset management changes
- Click submit when complete
- Note: you will receive an automated asset management change confirmation from SPINAKKER via e-mail. Subject to any questions from Cisco asset managers please monitor your e-mail for quick responses. With your completed request, you will receive an updated asset management report for your virtual account and a customer survey.
- For RMA support and/or processing, users can either open a Cisco TAC case directly or request support from Cisco Army HTOM to open on behalf.
- If electing to self-submit RMA support through TAC, users will need to select RMA as reason for request.
- For additional support, users can contact Expert Care National for Problem Resolution to help facilitate RMA request, or open TAC RMA case on user's behalf with provided and necessary information.
- Users can expect follow up questions on past troubleshooting in addition to other info pertaining to RMA request.
VERY IMPORTANT: Processing RMA's does not automatically remove inoperable hardware from your organization's CLC account, nor will it add replacement Cisco hardware to your CLC account. All Army organizations must process a SPINNAKER asset management (MACD) request for all RMA actions.
