For over 30 years, WWT has thrived on a culture of innovation and embracing change, with a mantra of doing whatever it takes to ensure that the organizations we work with achieve success beyond their expectations. We back it all up with a culture that places unrelenting focus on making WWT a great place to work for all. Our culture is the foundation of who we are, how we act, how we treat others and how we run our business.

Over the years, we've learned that when we invest in our people, they take care of our customers, and our customers take care of our bottom line. Like any successful company, we are proud of our work, so it only makes sense that we want to tell our story. Not a story of revolution, but one of evolution.

Our business is at the forefront of innovation and progress, and we are challenged each day to meet the complex needs of our clients all over the world. The pace of change in today's technology landscape can be overwhelming. Our clients may not know what they need. But they know they've yet to reach their true potential.

Organizations must constantly adapt to stay ahead of threats to their business while at the same time they need to find new ways to take their products to market. That's where we come in. We take the theoretical and make it tangible. We simplify the complex so that it is practical and actionable.

Then, we make it happen — globally.

We possess the powerful ability to think and do. We bring both strategy and execution to the table and combine the worlds of technology and business to help organizations accelerate digital transformation. We work out what seems impossible and make it possible.

This simple, impactful phrase — make a new world happen — encapsulates our ambition and what we do not just for our customers, but for our people and communities across the globe. It provides a rallying point that can inspire us to always strive for better.

As a company rooted in delivering outcomes, it's important we be able to back these words up with real stories showing how we have made an impact on the world by enabling our clients to do their best work, our partners to make the right products and our employees to positively impact the communities in which they live. Here are a few of our stories.

We take a vested interest in seeing our community succeed.

Throughout our history, and like many other good corporate stewards, we have a proven track record of going above and beyond to help others.

It is important to us to create pathways to economic prosperity for others, especially those from under-resourced communities.

We partner with organizations like NPower, which plays a critical role in training diverse candidates to help launch digital careers for military veterans and young adults. Through this partnership, we've provided training, professional development, internships and job placement assistance. In many instances, we've hired NPower participants.

We are passionate about the success of our customers and partners.

Our ability to both advise and execute adds value to both customers and partners.

Recently, we worked collaboratively with Mercy, one of the largest hospital systems in the U.S., and Cisco to create a completely virtual healthcare center that had the power to reach more patients in more places.

WWT created a custom software application that integrates with Cisco technologies to create an easy interface for care teams and patients. Within a year of implementation, Mercy Virtual saw a 50 percent reduction in preventable readmissions and 35 percent fewer days spent in the hospital for patients in the program.

At our best, we're helping communities and customers at the same time.

Success can be so much more than business outcomes. Our most inspired work extends well beyond a balance sheet.

Childhood cancer is a parent's worst nightmare. Navigating the complex healthcare journey that follows a cancer diagnosis further amplifies that stress. We partnered with St. Jude Children's Research Hospital to develop the "Our St. Jude" app, which seamlessly integrated digital approaches and physical experiences to reduce stress and anxiety levels for patients and their caretakers while fostering a feeling of community by delivered the right information at the right time to make the experience as frictionless as possible.

When we leverage the full extent of our capabilities, we help create a better world for all.

Facing digital disruption even before the COVID-19 pandemic limited customer interaction, Jersey Mike's Subs, one of the fastest-growing sandwich chains in the U.S., partnered with WWT to develop a next-gen digital experience for its customers, franchise owners and employees.

Our custom mobile app helped Jersey Mike's not only survive during the COVID-19 — a time when so many other restaurants have been forced to close permanently — but thrive, with mobile orders providing a lift in revenue at the most critical time, saving the jobs of 25,000 Jersey Mike's employees. Jersey Mike's CIO Scott Scherer said, "We saved the company with this app."

Just getting started

These stories are just the tip of the iceberg. When we work in tandem with customers, we're able to create a collective legacy of being community builders.

We are global citizens focused on improving the lives of others through technology. Our ability to connect the worlds of technology and business — to make the physical digital — helps us make a new world happen.
