Associate Sales Academy begins January '22

  • Formalized training including sales methodology, go to market, customer simulations, technology competency, best practices and deal fundamentals
  • Assigned mentor
  • Job shadowing in sales & support organizations
  • Cohorts provide support and camaraderie
  • Individual performance metrics, presentation skills, formal assessments 
    and 1 on 1 coaching
