Cisco ACI Segmentation Migration Lab

Over the past few years many customers deploying ACI have opted for using the "Network-Centric" approach for implementing their ACI installations. Customers who no want to migrate to a Application-Centric approach often find their workloads are spread across multiple subnets, and grouping them by application is difficult. This lab provides a technique on how to make this migration simpler

eBPF is the Bee's Knees for Enterprise Environments

At its core, eBPF Programs are at the heart of how eBPF views and controls traffic. The eBPF technology is composed of bytecode that the kernel executes in response to specific events (a.k.a event-driven execution). Meaning the eBPF programs can be attached to various hook points in the kernel, allowing them to run in response to a specific event in the kernel. There's a lot of possibilities that stem from this event-driven execution. So many in fact, that eBPF was dubbed by Brendan Gregg as "superpowers for Linux!"

Cisco Secure Edge (Umbrella) DNS Security Integration With Cisco SD-WAN

Traditional methods of backhauling Internet-bound traffic from branches to a data center for traditional security services is expensive and latency intensive. Many organizations are improving their network infrastructure by adopting a SASE (Secure Access Services Edge) architecture. Cisco SD-WAN and Cisco Secure Edge (formerly Umbrella) SASE integrations give organizations the ability to leverage cloud-delivered security in minutes. This demonstration is designed to give an overview of the integration between Umbrella DNS Layer Security and Cisco SD-WAN.
