Some of her past roles include CEO of DotCom Therapy, a leading teletherapy provider of speech, occupational, and behavioral therapy to schools, consumers, and health systems; Principal & Founder of Value Prop Shop, the only consulting firm exclusively working with venture firms and their health tech portfolio companies to develop and execute on commercial and product roadmaps; Chief Commercial & Operations Officer at health tech startup healthfinch, Inc.; and Chief Development Officer of Cogent Health, a company that sold tech-enabled physician services.
Dr. Butler is a Physician Executive with 20+ years’ managing the dynamic intersection of clinical care delivery and healthcare technology. His experience ranges from frontline provider to the C-suite in medium and large healthcare delivery systems. As a trained Internist and Pediatrician, his work has given him a deep understanding of patient movement across the care continuum and the need for technology to be ‘frictionless’ for patients and caregivers alike. Dr. Butler is considered an industry thought leader in EHR implementation, stabilization and optimization. He is a certified expert at Epic Systems’ suite of clinical and revenue cycle applications and has spent 17 years working with them and clients as a Physician Advisor. In 2020, the American Medical Informatics Association (AMIA) recognized Dr. Butler as a “Fellow of the AMIA” based on his lifetime achievements in leveraging informatics to transform patient care.
