Chris Ward, General Manager
Business & Analytics Advisors


Chris is a seasoned professional with 25+ years of consulting and executive experience. He was formerly a Principal at The Boston Consulting Group (BCG) and Opera Solutions. He also served as VP of Strategy for InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG) and SVP of Strategic Marketing for Centex Homes.

Chris has extensive international experience, particularly in Southeast Asia, where he worked for more than 10 years. He has an undergraduate degree from Princeton University and an MBA from The University of Virginia. Chris speaks Thai fluently, and lives in Winter Park, Florida.

James Bigger, Managing Director
Business & Analytics Advisors


James is a co-founder and leader of WWT's Business & Analytics Advisors practice, with responsibilities for Enterprise Architecture, Data & Analytics and overall practice growth. He is experienced in leading complex transformation services, relationship management, business development and practice management. James holds a bachelor's degree in Physics and a Ph.D. in Materials Science from Oxford University.

Tim Brooks, Managing Director
Business & Analytics Advisors


Tim is an AI, machine learning and advanced analytics solutions strategist. He leads business development for WWT's Business & Analytics Advisors practice — a consulting team that creates strategic business value for customers via advanced data analytics, machine learning, data governance capabilities and enterprise architecture solutions.

Tim joined WWT in 2014 to develop and deploy big data solutions. He led a WWT team that earned Nvidia's Deep Learning Partner of the Year in 2018/19 for accomplishments in AI/ML solutions. He earned his BA as an Honors Scholar from Washington & Lee University; he holds an Executive Certification with Honors in AI Strategy from MIT Sloan and CSAIL; and he has various Nvidia Deep Learning certifications.

Brian Vaughan, Managing Director
Business & Analytics Advisors


Brian is the co-lead and co-founder of WWT's Business & Analytics Advisors practice. He has more than twenty years of experience in management consulting, analytics and solution development. His recent focus has been on AI and machine learning solutions in the mining industry. He holds a PhD in Physics from Stanford University and a BA in Physics from Oberlin College.
